1. Product page
Add the desired products to your cart.
If you would like gift wrapping, please enter your desired details on each product page and then add it to your cart.
If you request gift wrapping, we will include a carrier bag. Gift wrapping, Noshi paper hanging, and carrier bags are free of charge.
2. Shopping cart
Please specify your desired delivery date and time. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship within 3 business days.
3. Purchase procedure
Please enter your order information and shipping address, and select your payment method. If you select "NP deferred payment", a deferred payment fee will be added on the next screen.
If you check "Receive great deals via e-mail newsletter", you will receive information on new products and coupons for e-mail newsletter members via e-mail newsletter.
If you check "Save this information for next time", you can omit entering shipping information the next time you use our service.
4. Order confirmation email
When you complete the purchase procedure, an email (automatically sent) will be sent to the email address you registered to inform you of the details of your order. Please check that there are no errors in your order.
You may not receive emails from us due to incorrect email address registration or spam email protection. If you would like to check whether your order has been placed, please contact us.
If an item is out of stock or if you would like to confirm the contents of the gift wrapping, we will contact you by email or phone.
5. Product shipping
We will package the product and ship it to the customer. We will send you an email informing you of the Yamato Transport slip number, etc.
The period for returning or exchanging a product is within 7 days after receiving the product. When you receive the product, please unpack it immediately and check for damage.

・About product inventory
As inventory is shared with our stores, due to sudden large orders, etc., it may be discovered that the item is out of stock after receiving the order. In that case, we will promptly contact the customer to confirm the delivery date and provide a refund.
When considering gifts or souvenirs, if you require more than the quantity in stock displayed on our online shop, please contact us.
For items that are on "backorder", click the "Receive restock notification" button and register your email address, and we will notify you by email when the item is back in stock.
・About the number and contents of the products delivered<br>The product page shows multiple product photos, but the product delivered to the customer is the content shown in the first photo. Photos of the same product lined up or stacked, or photos taken with other products, are shown as images and do not represent the content shown in the photos.
・About the characteristics of Arita ware <br>Arita ware is made one by one by hand by craftsmen. Therefore, there may be individual differences in size, thickness, color, texture, pattern details, etc. depending on the manufacturing time and firing environment. We hope that you understand that the shading of colors, small paint skips, small iron filings, and distortions that are not a problem for use are characteristics of the pottery.
In addition, the color and texture of the product may differ slightly from the color on your screen and the actual product depending on your monitor environment and browser.
・About the product box
Unless you request gift wrapping, the item will be delivered in simple packaging with cushioning material (Miramat, air packing) without putting it in a box. Even in the case of simple packaging, please rest assured that the strength of the packaging will not decrease and the damage rate will not increase.
If you would like a box for storage, please request gift wrapping.
*Boxes cannot be attached to outlet items.
About payment
You can use credit card payment, deferred payment (convenience store, post office, bank, LINE Pay), and Amazon Pay.

This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later at a convenience store, post office, bank, or LINE Pay after confirming the arrival of the product. The invoice will be mailed separately from the product and must be paid within 14 days of issue.

*If payment cannot be confirmed after the payment deadline, additional fees may be added.
For deferred payment orders, Net Protections Co., Ltd.'s deferred payment service will be applied, and the payment receivable will be transferred to the company.

The usage limit is up to 55,000 yen (tax included) in cumulative balance.
