About product photos
The product page of our online shop shows multiple photos, but the content of the product delivered to the customer is the one shown in the first photo.
Photos of the same product lined up or stacked on top of each other, or photos taken with other products, are posted as images and do not provide information on the contents of the photos.
For products that are a set of multiple items, we will include a wording that indicates the contents of the set, such as "(5 customers)" in the product name, and the first photo of the product will show the contents of the set. Other products are sold in units of 1 piece.
Request to customers
Each of our products is handmade by craftsmen. Therefore, there may be individual differences in size, shape, color, pattern, etc. depending on firing and raw materials. Although we inspect our products to ensure customer satisfaction, we hope that you will understand that there may be some color shading, small paint spots, or distortions that are not harmful to use. Please note that the color and texture of the product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen depending on your monitor environment and browser.
*We make every effort not to post out-of-stock items, but due to sudden large-volume orders, etc., we may discover that an item is out of stock after receiving your order.
In that case, we will contact you promptly to confirm the delivery date and provide a refund. We ask that you please acknowledge.
